Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Claire V. purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on face masks, unless they are defective.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit a Request
Please visit our online portal at claire-v.com to initiate your return or exchange. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Step 2: Package Your Item
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorization number. Please securely package the unused item in its original packaging, including any dust bags or tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Mail your package to the address provided in your return instructions. Don’t forget to include the return authorization number.
Return Processing Time
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your return package to reach our warehouse after you have shipped it.
- Once received, our team will process your return within 3-5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after we have issued it.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, based on availability. To start an exchange, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website at claire-v.com. This is the fastest way to secure the item you want.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside of the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise value only, in the original currency of the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at claire-v.com. We will gladly assist you and cover the cost of return shipping for such items.
