We are so excited to get your new Claire-V.com order to you! All of our items are carefully packed by hand at our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska. We also ship to many international locations.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Standard Ground Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after your order is processed.
• Expedited Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after your order is processed.
• Other Carriers: For faster shipping options, additional carriers and services may be available at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Carrier delays, especially during peak seasons or due to weather, can occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Order Changes & Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to modify a shipping address or add/remove items after an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please try cancelling the order immediately and place a new one with the correct information. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the United States, the recipient is responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined solely by the customs authorities of your country. Claire-V.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
